WELCOME TO ELDORADO NJROTC

MISSION:  To instill in students in United States Educational institutions the values of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment.

ABOUT ELDORADO NJROTC:  Eldorado NJROTC was established in 1973 and is one of four Navy JROTC's in Las Vegas.  The NJROTC program certifies retired Officer and Enlisted servcemen and women to teach citizenship and leadership in High Schools across the United States.  NJROTC teachers are hired by the school district and have no authority to recruit or enlist any student into the armed services.  Scholarships to the service academies can be earned and advanced paygrades are given to students who participate in JROTC for four years.  Statistically, most students enter into careers other than the military.  Eldorado NJROTC provides cadets with information and examples of discipline, core values, respect for authority, work ethics and service to the community.
